From 1st January 2016 the following changes to Rule 6.16 (Age Grades) apply: • To be eligible for the respective grades listed hereunder, a player shall meet the stated age criteria on 1st January of the Championship Year:- Adult Club: Be over 17 years Adult Inter-County: must be over 18 years. Under-20 Club: Be over 16 and under 20 years Inter-county Under 21: must be under 21 years and over 18 years. Minor (Under-17): Be over 14 and under 17 years Under-16: Be over 12 and under 16 years Under-14: Be over 10 and under 14 years Under-12: Be over 9 and under 12 years |
